About the role

We're hiring two senior Unity developers who are comfortable working across the whole game: gameplay and multiplayer as well as performance and platforms. You'll report to the Technical Director and help mid-level developers grow.

What you'll work on

You'll work across both areas.

Gameplay & Multiplayer

  • Design and build gameplay systems in Unity (C#): driving, game modes, progression and car customization.
  • Build and improve real-time multiplayer: rooms, player sync, movement smoothing and edge-case handling.
  • Tune vehicle handling and physics so cars feel great on every device.

Performance & Platforms

  • Profile and optimize CPU and GPU usage, memory and load times on iOS and Android.
  • Find and fix performance and stability issues on real devices.
  • Own iOS and Android builds: Xcode, Gradle, R8/ProGuard and store requirements.
  • Integrate and update third-party SDKs for ads, purchases, analytics and attribution.

Responsibilities

  • Own your work end to end: plan it, build it and keep it healthy after release.
  • Review code and help mid-level developers grow.
  • Work closely with designers, artists and QA to ship polished updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional Unity (C#) development.
  • Shipped at least one mobile game on iOS and Android.
  • Solid experience in both areas: gameplay and multiplayer, as well as performance and platforms.
  • Strong gameplay programming skills: physics, input, cameras, state management and UI.
  • Real-time multiplayer experience (Photon PUN or Fusion, Netcode for GameObjects, Mirror or similar).
  • Experience optimizing mobile games, with measurable before/after results.
  • Strong command of profiling tools: Unity Profiler, Memory Profiler, Xcode Instruments or Android GPU Inspector.
  • Experience with IL2CPP and native iOS/Android builds.
  • Clean, maintainable code and solid debugging skills.
  • Good English (spoken and written): it's our working language.

Nice to have

  • Experience with vehicle physics or racing games.
  • Experience with open-world games: streaming, large scenes, traffic AI.
  • Worked on a live game with regular updates and events.
  • Experience with AppLovin MAX, Firebase, AppsFlyer or similar SDKs.
  • Native plugin development (Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin).
  • Experience using AI coding tools in daily work, with careful review of their output.
  • Russian: many on our team and many of our players speak it.

What we offer

  • Paid annual leave.
  • Build and run a live game played by millions.
  • Real influence on technical decisions across the whole game.
  • Work in a team where your decisions matter.
  • Your work reaches players quickly through regular updates.
  • Salary and other terms are discussed during the hiring process.
